Download license information of active users for PowerApps and Microsoft Flow
Here, you can have the steps to get the list of active Users license information to access PowerApps and Microsoft Flow in Office 365 through PowerApps
The following steps will show you how to download the active user licenses associated with the PowerApps and Microsoft Flow in Office 365.
Step 1: From the app launcher, click on PowerApps
Step 2: Once you are in PowerApps, Click Gear button from top right corner
Step 3: In the menu, click on Admin center
Step 4: In the PowerApps Admin center ( https://admin.powerapps.com ), expand Tenant from side bar
Ste 5: Then select User Licences
Step 6: In the workspace, click Download a list of active user licenses button
Step 7: Click Download the file link
Now, we have the list of PowerApps and Microsoft licence type for associated users in csv format.
The file returns the values for the below fields,
• Username,
• Email Address
• Service
• License
• License Assigned Date
• Is Trial
